Birds

Birds are an important part of Ireland’s landscape and cultural legacy.

These artworks explore the relationship of migratory and native species with invasive flora set against topographical backgrounds and folklore.

This work featured in Aughty Public Art Projects, curated by Dr. Áine Phillips, commissioned by Galway County Council Arts Office and supported by the Arts Council of Ireland, GUAC, Clare County Arts Office and Slógadh Aughty. Exhibited in Tulca 2010.
